1 cup dates
1⁄2 cup almonds
1⁄4 cup unsweetened coconut
1 scoop Cocoa Açai Smoothie Booster
3 tbsp Belgian Milk Chocolate
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Topper or Tutti Fruity Whole Food Topper, to taste
- Pour boiling water over dates and soak for 10 min to soften, set aside.
- Finely grind almonds in a food processor.
- Drain and add dates and remaining ingredients except whole food topper and pulse until combined.
- Form into balls and roll liberally in whole food topper.
