Goji berries taste mildly tangy, like a cross between cranberries and cherries. Look for them at grocery or health food stores in the dried fruit section.
1 cup cocoa powder
1⁄2 cup coconut oil, melted
1⁄3 cup honey, melted
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup goji berries or sundried cranberries
1⁄2 cup crushed pistachios, optional

- Combine first four ingredients.
- Stir in goji berries and pistachios, if desired. Divide by teaspoonful into a Perfect Petites. Top generously with whole food sprinkle.
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes until solid.
- Flip mold onto a Sheet Pan and twist to pop out chocolates.
